OUR GOD

It wouldn't feel right to have an 'about us' section and not start off with first talking about God who created us. He originally made us in His image - perfect, loving, just, holy. He knew true love required a willing heart, so He gave us free will. We have all abused this, satisfying our selfish desires. We know that in order for God to be just, we deserve punishment for everything we've done wrong. BUT God STILL loves us so much that He gave up His ONLY son to take that punishment in our place. NOW because that price has been paid, we can live knowing that we are forgiven. The joy that brings leads us to live our lives to honor and glorify God for what He has done for us. A blessing this great has to be shared!
